I don't usually give any store a bad review, but I was very disappointed with the dishonest and terrible service here and I don't want anyone to feel the same way I did. Even though they have admitted their fault and agreed to a refund, there has been no refund. No matter how many times I contact them, they do not refund and ignore me. They also damaged important parts of the caravan, but they don't offer a warranty. Very unreliable.
Amazing service from my first inquiry to delivery. Picked up vehicle from an address and delivered directly to me, couldn't have asked for a better service. Sima was wonderful to deal with and kept us informed of when the vehicle would arrive and even emailed the day it was delivered. Vehicle arrive well before the time frame advised.

Absolute superb service. Sima was excellent to deal with from start to finish. I tried 2 other companies - 1 didn't get back to me the other was hugely more expensive, so I would recommend Dolphin Cartage for any transporting requirements.
