Ordered on the internet, arrived right on time. Both servers made eye-contact with me about 4 times. My order was sitting there on the shelf, literally 2m away. But the nearest guy had to fold some boxes, pack another order, before attending to me. And no apology. Bit disappointing. Stood waiting for about 5 minutes for an order that should've been 20 seconds.

Not very pleasant. I have a special diet, dairy free and gluten free, it's the second time I try to have a pizza from them and when I get home it's so very disappointing, I pay a lot of extra charges for my diet and yet the pizza comes with almost no toppings (even paying for more toppings). If it wasn't bad enough to live with a diet like that, not by choice, it's a condition that I have to live with. Very disappointed and upsetting.

Poor service. Rushed me through my order. Seemed irate and impatient when they explained a half and half pizza is only available with two equal value pizza ranges. Failed to ask what size pizza I wanted. Ended up with a too small pizza. It was frustrating.

Was well later than stated it would be for multiple of us who ordered. And coped attitude when something was said by someone, then one pizza wasn't even cooked and then orders were wrong
