Re: Dominos in general ...Honestly, I think the pizzas are trash. But my son things they're the best, and for only 5 I can't argue with the value. (Their cheesy garlic rolls are pretty damn good tho) Re: Khandallah branch, all depends who you get to serve you. Have been a few times and one guy seems really on to it, others not so much making for a frustrating ordering experience

So, when ordering a pizza and being told that it will be delivered in about 25 minutes, we call again when no one arrived after almost 1 hour and ask. We are then told that they dont deliver to compton downs, Wellington and have not made the pizzas..... interesting.

We thought we would give our local Domino’s a go and help local trade. However, you should avoid this place like the plague. I am unable to eat onions so completed a custom order (reference 97958 order 108 in case Domino’s are remotely interested), which costs twice as much as a normal order. I ordered: Cherry Tomatoes Spinach Cheese Mushrooms And on the side some chips. The order was placed for pick up at 6.45pm, but was late. The pizza was caked in onions, so was largely inedible. I removed them. Half of the pizza had no topping on it whatsoever (the ‘toppiong’ centred in the middle). There was the equivalent of two mushrooms on the entire pizza, and about five leaves of spinach. The cherry tomatoes had been replaced with diced regular tomatoes, so in effect the entire thing was a fraud: I really do feel like I’ve been defrauded of 20. The chip box was only half full, and the chips were only half cooked. The Khandallah branch is HNB Foods Ltd and I think that someone (Commerce Commission perhaps) needs to investigate them because they charge for food that they don’t provide, and put food on you don’t even ask for. Utter utter garbage. The 5 star reviews below are obviously from mates or employees family and friends.
