Wanted to get a quote for retrofit double glazing. The appointment was set for 10am today but I finally got a call at 10.45 asking if I was still available for a visit. Business must be booming if they can afford this lax attitude? My Response in reply to the response from the owner - Thanks for your explantion. Can you explain the last line about 'choosing who you deal with' ? It sounds as though that was directed at me?
