Mark was super helpful, honest, down to earth. He identified the problem from the photo I showed him, and taught me how to fix the problem by myself. No fee of charge. And I did it. Now the washing machine is back to live again. Thank you Mark I highly recommended people go to this shop if you have white ware to fix. AAAAAA
