Vince went above and beyond for a Classic Car purchase. At short notice Vince made a trip from Rotorua To Christchurch and back with me, to view a car I was looking at purchasing. Vince had a wealth of knowledge and new all the ins and outs to look for in my car purchase. this was awesome it allowed me to make an informed good decision on the car purchase. On Arrival back to Rotorua Vince Put the car up on the Hoist at the Douglas Automotive workshop for another in depth check over. The service from Vince and the Team at Douglas Auto is A, would recommend the Douglas Auto team to anyone. Thanks Vince And The Douglas Auto Team :-)

These guys are AMAZING! Vince and the team go above and beyond and their workmanship is superb... they not only helped us pick out a body kit for our car, but Vince personally collected it from the States. The car looks and sounds amazing guys - thanks for all the hard work! Special mention to Paul - you are amazing, thanks for working tirelessly on the car. The team at Douglas Automotive do an amazing job. This is an impressive and well-maintained business, run by honest and knowledgeable people. I had engine trouble on my last night's stay in Rotorua before a drive back to Wellington. It wasn't a good situation to say the least, but Douglas Automotive & Engineering went above the call of duty. Vince understood my situation straight away, Lisa was friendly and helpful, and Michael was exceptionally efficient working on the car. Everyone was not only friendly and professional, but also did everything possible to help. In the end my family and I were able to get away on time with as little stress as possible. It was a big relief. I highly recommend this business as this was the best service I have experienced in a long time.
