Simply Awesome. Dr Pilgrim was empathic, and knowledgeable. She was very thorough. I went to her to have a mole removed on my face. My GP had said it needed to come out it would have left a scar. Dr Pilgrim thoroughly assessed it and my other moles and it didn't have to be removed. I would thoroughly recommend Dr Pilgrim to anyone.

Very disappointed with Jennifer Pilgrim. Her receptionist is really rude, I was kept waiting for 20 minutes past my appointment time. No apology when I went in and rushed through my appointment. Simply prescribed me some cream and didn't tell me anything at all about how to manage my condition, causes, triggers, or other treatments. Then charged a ridiculous amount of money for a 7-minute appointment. Would never go there again and definitely don't recommend her.

Jennifer has been excellent every time I have visited her clinic. She was extremely helpful with sorting out my peri-oral dermatitis and suspicious looking moles. She is a great listener, does not rush you and explains procedure/ diagnoses very well. I would recommend her to everyone.
