Do not care about their staff or clients at all. Just want the money, office staff are awful. Also all 3 of the 5 star reviews here are from drake medox office employees.

I applied with Drake a year or so ago. Over the year, they never actually placed me with any client. Pretty unprofessional with calling me for updates. Each time I called, they would tell me they still looking for a good place for me, which never really happened. I wouldnt recommend!

Called me th week before my operation after getting my referral for home help and my required twice daily personal care help so they knew what I needed. I then get a call the MONDAY less that 48 hours before my operation saying they cannot help me and that Geneva will have to find a new company.... How did it take so long to discover that!? Im literally going to be screwed with my catheter care and personal cares that need to be done because I have a spinal injury and wont have to the arms to do anything because im having shoulder surgery!! Your company shouod have said no sooner, not tell me you will get it all sorted out when you initially talk to me!!!
