Booked shuttle and prepaid. My flight was cancelled due to weather in Dunedin and I was rebooked by Jetstar the following day. Company would not give me a credit and I had to pay twice. As a student can't afford to throw money away. I will be using supershuttle from now on and advising others to do the same.

The driver drove so fast and like a maniac that I felt sick after. I ended up paying 25 cash instead of 15 student price. On the website it says that if I pay cash later on the day, there would be a 1.50 extra charge. Got drop off and the driver said no it only applied if it’s booked and paid online. No where to be found that I would have to pay 25 cash. I will never ever use this service again.
Great and Luxurious ride. Very professional and friendly team to deal with. Will definitely hire them again on our next visit. Highly recommend.
Always an affordable and reliable service between Dunedin CBD and the airport. I always get a call beforehand giving me heads up that the driver isn't too far.
I've used the service at least half a dozen times over the past 18 months since moving to Dunedin. Just about to book for next week. It's a great service. They call ahead from the pickup before me, so while the window for being ready looks pretty big, you can still make that cuppa if the call hasn't come yet.
Extremely unpleasant experience. Today I have booked online for the 4:30pm shuttle from Dunedin central to the airport. At around 4:00pm, I get a phone call from the driver saying that I have "booked the shuttle in the last minute" and that 4:30pm shuttle is no longer available. In an annoying voice, he asked me to be ready by 4:10pm. I said the earliest I can make myself available is by around 4:20pm, and then the driver again sounded very annoyed saying that he will be in the other side of the city picking up the rest of the customers, and that he will have to come back all the way etc. etc. In the end, he said he will sort it out. By around 4:15pm, I did not hear back from anyone hence decided to call their 0800 number to find out what is going on. First customer representative who was dealing with the issue decided to hang up in in the middle of my call. Second customer representative did not provide any explanation about the cancelled 4:30pm shuttle or offer any apologies, but simply said that they had a busy day with lots of customers to pick up. He was suggesting me to ignore the issue and kept asking when I will be ready by. In the end, I've just cancelled my booking which was responded with a quick "okay sweet." before the phone was hung up. Extremely unprofessional behaviour even when their system was at fault. I will never be recommending their services to anyone.
5 stars for 'Kiwi Shuttles' not 'Dunedin Airport Shuttles'. It's quite confusing I'm not too sure if they are owned by the same company but they are completely different customer service wise. I highly recommend Kiwi Shuttles!
