Beautiful beach We walked down paradise track from High cliff road. It is a beautiful walk down through yellow broom and flax which was just blooming red flowers. But be warned it's a long way back up the hill on way back. A 300 metre climb. There were small stones down one end of the beach the boulders. 3 fur seals one end of the beach a huge sealion at far end of beach. Also a pair of oyster catcher birds.

My favourite beach in Dunedin. Simply fantastic, a secluded oasis.
Nice beach had a walk around and relax.
Fantastic coastline. Well worth the visit.
The beach is amazing, totally wild! The access is not easy because here is a steep road with rocks and a trail in the wild bush. The beach is pretty unique because there is a lot of round rock that cover the majority of the beach. At the extremis there is some big rock where we have spot some furr seal. A Dunedin must do of course....
Amazing secluded beach off the beaten track walk to get there. Only open at specific times due to Penguins breeding so make sure you check before going also make sure you follow all signs about vehicle traffic, the road really does get that bad
Beautiful medium size beach accessible via Paradise track on Highcliff Road. Return walk is quite a steep climb.
