No feelings of up selling happening - you listened to each request and gave gentle suggestions and allowed us to ponder and wander to our hearts content! Recently bought my dress from here and was somewhat disappointed. I had to follow up on emails on more than one occasion as I did not receive replies. I was told to budget 100 for alterations and was then charged over 200 and was also given and charged for double sided tape without being told. I also found on the day when I went to try on dresses there was no help to what style/shape dress would suit me from the "consultant" at all. There is not many options for dress shopping in Dunedin which is unfortunate for us shopping.

Not a great selection in store and not great service. If you want a fitted dress, that's about all they sell and you better know what you want before you go in, as they will not help you or offer suitable selections.

Jess came out to our makeup for my son's wedding. She did a fabulous job - especially as she hadn't met us before! Jess listened carefully to what we wanted and was more than happy to make any changes we asked for. I would thoroughly recommend her.

I had a fitting to get my dress altered here. I did not find the customer service very good. When I said hello and my name they responded “yep” and ushered me into a change room and started barking instructions at me.
