Rang up to get a car valued, and the female receptionist was unpleasant. For future reference; I would suggest muting the phone, before talking about your customers to other staff members. Apart from that, when buying the car, the service was exceptional. Steve was friendly and helpful and more than happy to talk about how the different cars compared.

Visited Cooke Howlison Toyota for a warrant for my car. The technician was very methodical and thorough. He did leave my seat belts done up though and the seat cover wasn't removed afterwards. Nevertheless, it's about the safety of the car that is important. Very happy with the service.
