If I could give no stars I would!!! Extremely unsafe place to get your car repaired. Even the simplest jobs are challenging for them. If you value your life and family's life. Stay well clear!!! This place should be closed down!

Very cheap tyre. Customer service was alright. It's nice to tell customers to wait while attending another one! I didn't find that communication skill but i believe they didn't mean to do that and they can easily improve it.

I was reluctant to give a bad review but do be careful! There are several issues but I'll only focus on some. The price is very cheap but the work done was very rough and it did not last long. After a few months, I had to go to other shop to repair the damages. Do keep tabs of the verbal promises too. They said that they will do something but end up either forgetting it or it was not communicated to the mechanics . The one star is for the very friendly service by two if the staffs which I appreciate.

Excellent value for money, for brand new tyres plus mechanical needs. Good pricing, friendly staff. Always try to support local small businesses like these compared to franchises. We need businesses like these to keep healthy competition in the market, resulting in better product for consumers. I've been using their service for almost 2yrs now, for my commercially driven car (upto 70,000kms per year, needing oil change every 2 months!) and never had issues. All in all, being a commercial driver, I know how much other mechanics and tyre shops can & will rip you off. For example, most mechanical repairs in Dunedin cost labor @ 90 GST per hour. Enquire with these guys and see the difference for yourself. Also, I got myself 4 X new Kumho Tyres last time for great price. Already driven 50,000kms and still about 30-40k kms left on them solid on road, all weather performance too. I drove through the early mornings this frosty winter and felt quite safe driving on Kumho tyres. Again, just like mechanical pricing, feel free to enquire anywhere in Dunedin for tyre pricing and compare with this shop. You will get best value for money with them, period!

Wouldn't recommend if I could give no stars I would!! That's how bad their service/work is! Do not go there unless you want to be ripped off!! Regarding your reply (Dunedin Discount Tyres), I did in fact go into your business, I have sent an email as well regarding your poor service and work and you guys still haven't replied to it. I am in fact wanting to take the matter further. I come in to do my brakes, rotors and service etc which cost me nearly 600 my brakes within 2 weeks were grinding so I took it back and you guys said you's didn't do all the work. With heated discussions and proof that you guys charged me for the work you were reluctant, all work stated on the invoice that was given. Took another couple of weeks just to get rotors and brakes done but was charged. Please don't insult me by saying my experience with your business doesn't exist)!! READ YOUR BLOODY EMAILS!! YOU'LL SEE MY NAME ALRIGHT!!
