Although their client was unable to meet anywhere near my salary expectations, I found Fluid Recruitment to be one of the more communicative recruiters out there. When you submit your application, you can expect to hear back from them in good time; which in my experience is more than you can say for other recruiters. My only advice for them is educating their clients as to an appropriate pay scale for the role on offer, relative to comparable offerings in that market. There is little point in advertising a role, attracting calibre candidates and being unable to offer a realistic salary to satisfy those candidates. Keep up the good communication and maybe be a little more selective in who you choose to represent - Nick K.

I found dealing with the employer through Jason for most of the process made it more relaxed, easier to ask questions and bounce ideas around and we mostly communicated over the phone.
