Brent Hall

The owner of this store is the most unreliable business owner in Dunedin. I arranged for him to come to our house on a specific day at a specific time and check a system problem. No show. Went to his store, was super fortunate to find him there, no apology, no explanation - just an awkward laugh and nervous foot shuffle. I persisted with him and arranged to bring the component to the store, again specific time, specific day. Business hours advertized on the door, closed when supposed to be open, and no show. I and another frustrated customer left in disgust. Never again.
