Just rung for a statement. Love the Doctors there but the reception let's them down big time. All need a course or training on customer service. It's appalling the way you get spoken to there and the sarcasm! Wouldn't have any of them on my front counter.

I am not a current patient at the clinic and called to make an appointment and to enroll - Receptionist was rude and abrupt in telling me they were very busy and didn't have time for any Casuals and i need to go to the website to see about enrolling. Was not receptive or helpful in any way shape or form.

The receptionist makes it impossible to make an appointment. Totally understand if you are busy, but at least have the decency to not rush the person speaking. Waiting times for appointments are ridiculous.

Been my family GP since I was a child. Standards have gone downhill. Staff are very robotic. Doctor didn't really listen to me. Still in pain just 50 poorer now. Should have just gone to the supermarket and got some panadol.

The receptionist is always in a rush. Ring to book an appointment and as soon as a time is chosen they hang up, no time to book the van.

OMG customer service are horrible and rude. Hang up the phone when I am still talking and asking my question. I been there for over 10 years. All the good doctors and nice reception is gone.

My appointment was apparently not properly booked on their internal system, which resulted in the doctor seeing me quite some time after scheduled (which is something I’m used to from my country of origin and not the reason for my disappointment at the MHC). However, once with the doctor, she seemed rushed and it almost felt like I was pushed out the door. Also, the service at reception was inconsistent. While one lady was friendly and helpful, two others I dealt with were neither friendly nor helpful, for instance not able to clarify when and how I would get the results from my examination. Despite attempts to get some clarity, I left feeling unsupported and unsure of what would follow (regarding a physical ailment I had very little knowledge of).
