Extremely disappointed in my experience. Had put my trust and faith into the team after having my car crashed into. After being told it would take a maximum of 2 weeks, I had heard nothing and had to ring to ask what was happening after the 2 weeks were up and was told the parts were still on their way (due to damage). I could understand these things happened and left it in their hands as I was told I would be contacted when the parts had arrived and they were moving forward. Again, no communication..... after chasing them yet again and 4 weeks later here I am getting finished dates pushed further and further away. Would just like to have a direct answer and not another promise to be broken yet again.
