We had a wonderful stay at the Terminus apartments. We loved everything – the location, the layout, and Antonia and Steve's attentiveness and attention to detail. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Next time we come to Dunedin we will certainly stay here again.

Excellent location, large apt very well equipped. Cleverly (and funky) renovated and upgraded historic central city building, with easy access lift to all floors. Many personal touches included – umbrellas, torch, cereals, fresh bread on arrival etc, Lots of storage. Balcony and BBQ. Convenient (metered) parking on street outside. Easy flat walk to many local attractions. Quiet overall but some street noise from main road if windows are left open. Def would recommend and would stay again.

We stayed with our 9 month old baby, in a two bedroom apartment. The staff are extremely helpful with the extra requirements needed for a baby.. A huge thanks to them. The setup is great, all appliances needed for a comfortable stay including full kitchen, laundry etc in the apartment, and the place has a nice modern fitout. The website photos really are what the rooms are like. 5 stars really

Warm, spacious and smart apartment. It had a lovely feel of the history of Dunedin while being close to new cafes, a great wine store and upstairs from a deluxe bakery.

In Center of town, easy to access. Apartment was roomy, warm, and charmingly different, we loved it. Service from owners with updates and information was excellent. Comfortable bed, great shower, wonderful little pastry shop right next door.
