Absolutely brilliant. We live full time in our 8m caravan, which already has heater at the front. Trouble is, it doesn’t heat the bathroom at the back. I called Pango at Heatport and booked in for a no obligation consultation. He spent two hours working through all the options and even set up a test rig to make sure the pump would push the fuel 8m from our existing tank at the front of the caravan to the preferred location of the new heater at the back. It did! With everything agreed, he started the install, which turned out to be more complex than we thought. Pango worked through the issues really carefully and made sure we had all the information we needed before we made any decisions. Because it took longer than we thought, he even let us stay in the van outside his place overnight. The finished job is incredibly clean and the heater is awesome. Really impressed and would certainly recommend Heatport to others.

Our company does lot of installations of diesel heaters into the RVs and we have had in our hands most of the major german brands you can get and also the cheap brands imported from overseas including the smaller brands available in NZ which has all turned just as locally rebranded heaters all assembled in China - with practically no real support no matter how long warranty the local suppliers boasted themselves. Heatport (previously known as LF Bros) has been as mercy from the heaven. They are the only brand who assemble the product directly in New Zealand. The quality of all individual components, and documentation is just astonishing - something we have been used just on the german brands with 3000-4000 price tag. What more: the quality of packaging, all the assorted bags with the smallest tiny installation material that makes the installation easier and the fact that the supplier is able to provide you fully customisable part list is something we have not experienced anywhere else. With any others, there was always something missing. Thanks to their huge physical stock of individual components located in Canterbury, they are able to supply practically any accessories or replacement parts with lightning speed. Servicing of other brands would mean usually weeks of waiting for parts due to international shipping (if you were lucky) or dealing with staff that has zero knowledge about this products and provide you no support at the moment when the things turn bad. We have visited the facility of Heatport in Duvauchelle and saw the assembly and quality check in action. They really care about every single detail and the expertise in understanding this product makes me confident that they really know what they are doing. Well done
Got one diesel heater from Heatport. And had the opportunity to visit their showroom and workshop. Really good and efficient product. Perfect service and value. Will definitely recommend.
We ordered 6mm inside diameter fuel line as per the website and received 6mm outside diameter. They insist the two are the same but as a compromise did send some joiners which were a waste of time. We simply want 6mm inside diameter, why won't they supply it as they advertise it on the website. The difference in fuel flow is significant between the two.
I bought my seconhand campervan last summer and was so excited to do further customization including installation of a diesel heater. Decided to buy some from Ali Express& have someone do the installation because apparantly I don't have any technical skills to do it lol! Long story short,got the unit&had it installed. Was surprised to find out installation was 2.5x expensive than the heater because the installation guy told me it's missing some parts! Anyway, was happy at first but after just 2 months of using, it completely broke down (was stressed because it was winter&devastated because I felt like I spent way too much for the heaterinstallation and this happened and could not contact the online seller any more!). Tried contacting several companies here in NZ hoping they could help me with my heater but unfortunately no one wanted to fix it as they say "it's not their brand" & rather buy a new one. I don't want to spend anymore money buying a new heater. Until someone recommended me Heatport. Pango the director was the one I spoken to. He was so helpful and very patient asking questions and explaining possible reasons why my heater broke down. He was the first one I spoken to who didn't suggest me buying a new heater that's why decided to drive my campervan in their office in Duvauchelle to show them the campervan. Glad I did because their team were very technical and understand this products as they manufacture their own brand of heaters. Because they have the available components in stock, he was able to transform my broken unit into a much better "version" with easier controller.
