Noel Leeming is great in general, but the staff at this particular branch in Botany can't care less about customer service, and this feedback is based on multiple visits to the store. I'd rather shop at Harvey Norman Botany whose staff seem to be more knowledgeable and definitely care more about their customers!!

It'd be nice if staff acted like they want to be there and are engaged. Some are, please don't get me wrong, but HR could put a little more effort into filling roles with people who see them as an opportunity and not just another Warehouse job. Fortunately, you can pick them a mile off because they avoid eye contact at all costs

Poor service, rude staff. Asked if they could do a price match with prices I saw online, sales staff muttered they don't price match online stores with a condescending tone and walked off. I asked for the manager, failed to provide any convincing explanation why they couldn't price match even though those are the same goods (with NZ warranty) and cited those stores operate from outside NZ without fact checking.

I was wanting to know if a logitech wireless keyboard that my partner brought for her tablet was compatible and why it wasn't connecting via bluetooth, the staff member i spoke to reckons that it wasn't made for a tablet, it was made for an iPad device, I told him it was a universal an got the same response, to get a second opinion I went on down to good old JB HI-FI, the staff member there gave me a 3 step service, step 1 opened it up, step 2 turned it on, step 3 paired the logitech universal wireless keyboard with the tablet and told me I had nothing to worry about and that I didn't need to buy another device which is what I was thinking when I left noel leemings, Noel your Leemings is down on customer service an support, JB you got my HI-FI rollers for customer service and 3 step support!!!

It is absolutely amazing how staff conduct themselves in this store with supposing to be professional and client friendly especially during these challenging times we are all experiencing, one would like to believe that staff would relish the opportunity to consult and assist walk in clients who has taken the time and effort to come into the store as there is a need to purchase a product or get some professional advice. I have walked into this store today and was not acknowledged by any of the staff , two staff members having a conversation and not interested in me at all , the tech person at the counter to busy on his laptop to acknowledge me , they have most probably achieved their budgets and therefore not interested in me at all.This has been our regular store where we have bought most of our computers and digital requirements. WELL let me say that this was the last time going there and that they will not have to deal with me ever again ' all the best with your future trading.

Be aware of extra charges when you buying anything there. I was charged for insurance that I didn't need and fortunately I found it in my finance statement later. How many people being charged without knowledge? I think a lot. Finally they accepted the refund when I visited them and said it was made by a mistake.

Customer service very poor. Many staff, few customers and one gets ignored. Staff member more interested in their phone when on the floor. Bought my iphone 12 elsewhere
