Being my first shipment into New Zealand, I would of appreciated more information informing me of the steps and what to expect. There was also a lack of reasonably priced options for transporting the 20 boxes the final 3km down the road and in the end felt there was little option but to rent a van and collect them ourselves. In the end, there were no delays and a positive outcome. We will certainly consider using your services for customs clearance should be we need them in future.

I am happy with the overall service. There were delays on the goods getting on board the ship from overseas agent but with covid going on i cant really complain. Things were a bit faster when the goods arrived in NZ. Thanks for your effort and service.
