I visited Ebbett Audi in Hamilton today to view a used car. I had arranged the visit from Auckland the day before and drove down. The communication after my initial enquiry was friendly and helpful and then the salesman assigned to the job contacted me with some useful information before my visit. On arrival the salesman met me and was very friendly and helpful. Viewing the car I was left alone with no sales pressure but James was immediately available to answer questions and then accompanied me on a good test drive out of town. All in all a great dealership, good people and no pressure. Thanks for looking after me.

Excellent service! I replaced a very small parts there. They told me that they can help me to check my car’s gearbox for free because of an Audi recall campaign. I then sent my car to them yesterday and they did perfect job. Surprisingly, when I about to wash my car today, I suddenly found that they also helped me to wash it thoroughly yesterday!! What a surprise!! Such a great service!! I will certainly go back in the future when my car needs any WOF, service, changing parts, or more! Thanks Ebbett Audi Grey St!!

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE/EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Firstly what an AMAZING and ELEGANT dealership, WOW!!. At first glance the store looks intimidating, because of the breathtaking elegant cars that it carries, employee's dressed in a nice crisp shirt and pants, screams elegance. Upon entering the store I wasn't planning on trading my car in for an Audi. Until I met James (award winner in sales) of course with that approach I see why. This guy can sell you anything with his eyes closed and that's not only because he is a damn good sales executive but because of how he treats you, a customer who is treated like FAMILY and THAT is something hard to accomplish in the sales industry, props to you James for mastering it. I love my new car, but it wouldn't be without the AMAZING customer service i got from Audi Hamilton, the warm welcome, family treatment, Luzzane (good at crunching numbers to make you an offer you can't say no to) and James's approach to an unique delivery of your new vehicle that makes you feel special, like you made the right choice. I traveled from Auckland to buy this car, NO DOUBT I will be back to THIS SAME EXACT dealership in Hamilton for any future needs, all because of that professional YET special, unique customer service experience that James and his team delivered.
