Excellent Service and a Memorable Experience! We were planning to buy a car from a while and had a look at almost all the brands, but still wasn't sure which one to buy. On Friday, we saw Mike Nicholas at Ebbett Hamilton and told him our requirements. He was very knowledgeable, recommended us an Astra and was very helpful to let us test drive the car thoroughly to enable us make a decision. We loved the car and confirmed Mike on Monday morning that we would go ahead with this car and wanted the delivery ASAP. A big shout out to Ebbett Hamilton and Mike Nicholas, that they made it happen and prepared the car for delivery the very next afternoon on Tuesday. A special thanks to Rob and the Grooming Team as well, for making the car absolutely spotless and shiny. Will definitely be back for our next one and highly recommend Ebbett Hamilton for their professionalism, integrity and great customer service.

It drives alright. It's a little noisier than some but not the loudest in the cab. I'd take an auto over my manual any day. It handles well. As for price it's was the best value for money.

Excellent service considering we were buying a trade in, what we would have expected for purchasing a brand new car. All the small extras they did was very unexpected, wasn't due for a WOF or Reg for 6months, came with both for a year. Small details like the tow ball set up had been powder coated. Was surprised a basic mechanical warranty was included in the price, not an add on. Trent was superb from start to finish and absolutely would recommend them to anyone, for either new or used. Will definitely be back for our next vehicle

Headache after headache after headache here. If you feel like being promised a call back and never getting it, this is the place to bring your vehicle. Had an engine part replaced and when collected the stereo unit and centre console screen didn't work anymore. Waited 3 months for a part to arrive so it could be remedied. EDIT: Karl made contact and we have discussed the above Feedback and experience. He was sincere and empathic in his communications and I appreciated the time and effort. Changing 1 star to 2 star.

Super efficient. Their quote was higher than expected for a repair and a quote elsewhere confirmed it, but for costly repairs it pays to get a second opinion and in my case it paid off. But overall, its a slick organisation and the staff are really good.
