I am a regular customer of EBOS and I find it really annoying to be redirected at leat 3 times until I can talk to somebody who can help me. I have also never found the staff friendly and helpful. It feels like I am inconveniencing them with my call. For this reason I have started ordering online, but today I had to call as my product had not arrived after more than two weeks and I was not "disappointed" by the customer service...... It is as bad as ever and the third lady I spoke to tried to tell me that there was nothing on order, although I had received their confirmation. When she finally bothered to look, it turned out that my item was on back order. I had not received any notification from EBOS that this item was on back order. I feel I want to tell you about this, as I am sick of being treated like an undesirable when I ring up.
