I needed assistance with a home alarm system. Searching online I found Chris from Electro Guard. Emailed some information to assist Chris on what I wanted/needed, called and arranged a time to have a look. This alarm system is rather old. Chris not only moved the keypad into a proper location but replaced the battery and revived this alarm system. Thank you so much, Chris. Your attention to detail and expertise is greatly appreciated.

When we purchased our house it come with an alarm system. Problem was no one had the master code, so the alarm was unable to be used. Initial enquires with other companies to get the alarm running were met with either them not able to help, or extremely expensive. Enter Chris from Electroguard Security, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to talk through a couple of options to bring the alarm back into service. We booked Chris in and he promptly arrived with bag of tricks, and was able to perform a master reset on our alarm. He then checked that everything was working as it should and setup the system for us. After a quick driving lesson from Chris, we now have an alarm that works as it should, and all for a very reasonable price. If you want someone who really knows there stuff and is friendly and professional, give Electroguard a call.
