Couldn't help me with servicing a seaward test unit more or less didn't want to know about it. However! solved my problem & got support from "Appliance Testing Supplies in St Johns " Definitely advise anyone with test & tag equipment looking for service to contact them for a second opinion. Might even have a better cost.

Great service. Shopped online with Appliance Testing Supplies and RS Components but they were overpriced and not much help. I would recommend using the official Seaward agents in NZ for PAT test needs!
