Great gear. Good support network. I appreciate that the staff aren't overbearing. They apparently won't go to hell if they don't get the sale. It's really nice to be given space and some silence to think about how to purchase equipment.

Went in 3 times with the intention of buying a home gym. First 2 occasions could not get assistance. Rang up 6 times no answer, last visit finally got assistance only to be told they did not have the home gym I wanted in stock despite there website saying it was in stock in the Hamilton branch. Very poor service in my opinion.
