Came in looking to purchase. Guy was very helpful but everything we wanted was out of stock and could not tell us when it was turning up. Having displays is all good but when you don't have anything to sell its just a show room

Very helpful guy served us. Huge selection, so advise was required. Downer was that parking was pretty awkward and hard to see which entrance was right one.

Purchased Schwinn Airdyne Exercycle late January 2021. As a big man I was looking fir something sturdy and having the Schwinn brand name it caught my attention. Schwinn have been in business since 1895 in Chicago. Assembled it at home which was very easy and it is all I hoped it would be and more. Thanks to salesnan Ray Fiatau I am one very happy customer. cheers.

Really disappointed with customer service on the floor in the North Shore store. Visited store and there appeared to be two or three staff on who were busy with customers looking at equipment. None acknowledged us at all by making eye contact or calling out will be with you soon. After about twenty minutes of us looking at gear to fill in the time, it appeared one staff member was finishing and went to the counter to do a task. We therefore moved closer. Before we could engage, another new customer walked into the store and went up to the counter and the staff member started serving him. We then said excuse me we've been waiting twenty minutes for some service, the staff member said, give me a minute. After five minutes of still serving the new customer we indicated we were unhappy and left the store. Absolutely appalling service. Surely there is a way to manage multiple customers when time needs to be spent looking at equipment with them. Shoe shop staff manage better, keeping several customers going. The basic has to be, acknowledging they are there and waiting. Such a disappointing experience.
