Saw a man from your company on Friday last week give generously to a homeless person and his dog outside of countdown in Petone. The boy gave the man and his pup some sushi, dog food and water. How generous. He then went on to wish him a happy Christmas and for them both to stay safe. This is the type of kindness and generosity we need in our community. Help those in need. Once they take your money, they dont seem interested in talking to you. Bought a 2.5k bike and it has issues. Messaged, rung, emailed. Nothing. Was going to buy a treadmill off them but luckily I found out how bad the backup service is. Wouldn't shop there again.

Yeah, can't speak highly enough of the friendly, helpful service from Craig and Adam. Bought a treadmill and got the old one serviced. Both gentlemen went out of their way to help us. Thanks again guys from me and Marija!

The Reviewer

Save yourself some time and go to a proper store. Despite their website being incorrect they refused a refund, only in store credit (and I didn't want anything else they had) - I'm left with equipment that doesn't do what it says and no refund, any other proper store (Rebel Sport, etc) would offer a refund in the same circumstances. To fair this seems to be a head office policy rather than the Wellington Store - but I'd stay away unless there are no alternatives.

Zero customer service, really rude on the phone with absolutely no reply to emails. Thankfully Wellington has incredible competitors who actually want to hire their equipment!

Poor or lack of service - not sure how best to describe being ignored for 20 mins and having other customers served in front. I am going to be dealing with your online team as they at least respond to questions or acknowledge a person ready to make a purchase.

Rude phone “service”. Attempted to have equipment purchased & ordered in from Auckland to the Wellington store and told abruptly “Out of stock” repeatedly when it’s clearly available online. Don’t bother, buy elsewhere.

It's all about the staff, the guy who served me was brilliant. He was knowledgeable and didn't rush me I brought stuff for a home gym. Huge range available so should be easy for most to find something in their price range. Easy parking out front.
