ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!!!! Don't bother calling this place! We spoke for less than 5 minutes. I tried to ask about, if my company should be paying me through a redundancy notice during the Lvl 4 Lock down. Said she didn't understand the question and said - "Sorry i don't have time for you i have got a more important call (hangs up)" I Literally have never been talked to in such a uncaring, arrogant, awful way. Please do better for the sake of people that are not good with employment Law and need serious help.
