Good to see people still take care about our elderly

We have our 97 year old grandmother living with us at home and Enliven provides the absolute minimum services that are required. Their carers are constantly late and the service coordinator blatantly lied about the amount of hours they would be providing and once we brought this up, denied what she said on the initial consolation and was totally un-receptive to our concerns. Horrible company to work with. Its 11 am on a Sunday and neither of the carers are here, nor has anyone called or anything, and their after hours support is "leave a message, someone will get back to you." Do not leave a loved one in their care.

Highly recommend group of Care workers who do a great job caring for our loved ones.

My father aged 97 came to live with us when Mid-Central DHB withdrew his cares because the said he could shower himself. He subsequently became ill and moved to Tauranga to live with us in an attached self contained unit. I cannot believe how wonderful the Enliven team are. The level of care is amazing compared to the lack of care he received when he lived at Otaki Beach which equaled 1 hour (in reality 20min's) . Enliven cannot do enough and I have had to turn down offers of more assistance because it's duties I can preform. These peopl,e from the office crew to the care givers, are saints! Thank you
