Customer of 2 years, recently phoned to cancel services and arrange bin pick up. Lady on phone was quite snarky abrupt and rude.

Rang up and spoke to a Rani from wanganui branch. She was extremly rude and not helpful at all and we have been a constant customer for over 5 years. Extremly poor customer service.

Palmerston North branch are terrible they took bin without notice because a payment was one week late, and they took the bin after the late payment was paid. Payment was late because they sent the wrong account number to us we had to go online to get the correct number in order to pay. When we rang about bin being taken the apologized and said the account number I gave them was incorrect and I would need to give it to them again. I decided at that point there had be to much mucking around and told them I didn’t want the service and she proceeded to tell me I needed to pay outstanding bill which I just finished telling her I had paid. I tell her again that the bill has been paid she apologizes and I hang up. Total lack of any brains and money hungry for 30 or so dollars. Over priced and undereducated
