Took a leather satchel in to have it engraved, needed it done same day. Nothing was a problem told it would be ready that afternoon, was given a price for the job. Got a text early arvo, bag ready, really pleased with the finished product and to top it off charged 5 less than originally quoted. Highly recommend Epic Engraving, really helpful staff and more than reasonable rates - value for dollar - will definitely use them again.
Excellent service, friendly, helpful, quick turnaround, reasonably priced. I called every engravers in Auckland for glass engraving of 4 wine glasses with a weeks notice and these were the cheapest and only ones to guarantee the time-frame and the work was when picked up was spot on. Did not charge extra to alter the wording slightly on each glass. Highly recommended.
