Very pleased with new stacking sliders (replaced old bi-folds), and new front door. Epic are very professional and did a great job, would definitely use them again, thanks to a great team.

Awful, the owner was super aggressive, never dealt with anyone like him. Yes no accountability for the x3 stuff ups for our flashing. It ended up costing us for their mistakes.

I think there needs to be some phone manner training. Not a good advertisement for the company at all.
Fantastic windows and doors
This company have been shocking for my parents to deal with, wrong door measurement and no accountability for mistake. Cost extra labour to fix mistake. Put pressure on for payment before job was even complete. Doors are still problematic 6months on.
This review doesn't apply to the company's work. Just the rude attitude from the phone call as 'they are not taking any more work on until next year'. Must have caught this person on a bad day because she was extremely rude and unhelpful! On principle I will not use this company in the future...
