I came by with a friend who was really into climbing. I was able to get a Grabone voucher so it was cheaper than normal. They treated me like any other paying customer which was nice. the entry fee came with a harness so you would be able to just start climbing once you were ready. I was able to get belay training so that I would be able to belay other people. Be aware that you will need a partner for this to do some climbing. The facilities are great. Lots of walls and climbs to pick from. Most require a person to belay you but there were a few which were automated, even on the main walls. The levels varied a lot which was good so that anyone of any level would be able to find something to climb on. The most interesting part was the kiddies area around the back since there were quite a few slides and a huge tree house. I wasn't able to go on it but was surprised by its existence. There were quite a few parking spots but they filled up fairly fast. It was busy but there were always a few spaces available at all times. It is worth a try even if you don't climb a lot. It was a really nice place with very friendly and helpful staff. Having a climbing buddy would be the best though so that you can make the most of it.

Took my daughter here for her birthday and as always it was an excellent experience. The staff are friendly and welcoming, they instructed our group on how to use the equipment in an easy to understand way. Really good value for money, I would say 2 hours is enough here as our group of children were getting tired. Will definately come back!

Staff is very friendly and the options are great for young kids up to advanced climbers. The playground area is also fantastic for you kids not so keen on climbing. The only recommendation I have would be to increase staff at entry/counter for peak times and maybe update the waiver form to enable faster processing. But still, a fantastic place to go and staff is super professional while staying friendly, even during the very hectic busy time I happened to be there.

Been here a few times with my sons and we love it. Great workout that is fun and challenging. The speed wall is great for getting some competition going between your crew. Staff are always nice and helpful so five stars all round

I've been trying to call few days in a row at different times to book for a birthday but It goes through answering machine. I have left a voice mail but still no one called back. I just tried going to your website to find an email to email you guys but the website does not work. I also tried coming In last night but got there just before 10pm and I went in to book but the staff told me they are closing down which is understandable and I told them about no one answering their phone and they said that some other customers said the same thing and that they will investigate it. Please fix your phone and check you voice-mail. Thanks Maya

I will definitely be going back here again, even though it is a 30 min drive from where i live, it is very much worth it and hands down, the best climbing experience. They have walls for all ages and abilities. I was very impressed with the setup overall.
