I prearranged via phone and email (including paying a fully refundable deposit to this dealership) to view a specific car which required travelling from Wellington to Christchurch. Despite the arrangement, Waqas turned up 1.5 hour late and could not even utter an apology let alone acknowledge our presence in his office! To make matters worse, he cut our conversation to interrupt another conversation between a client and his sales manager because the client did not want to proceed with his purchase from them! (alarm bells much?) Someone very correctly pointed out in an older review - they do not have a shred of customer service or warmth in their service. Waqas was impatient and short with us barely allowing us to ask questions without taking personal offence. It may further bruise his inflated ego to know that on the very same day we left his yard, we found the exact model and colour of the same vehicle at another dealership at better quality and over 1000 cheaper than the price he was selling at! A week later, we have finally received our deposit after several requests.. Steer clear! - ( pun completely intended )

We were meet by very welcoming staff. They asked about our needs/wants and answered questions. Then showed us their selection that meet our needs. The whole process was very quick and hassle free. We brought a Honda Fit which we are very happy with. At no point did we feel pressured. Would recommend
