Dropped in just to pick up a pot of bat wax. Owner took the time to have a chat, let my ten year old pick up and get a feel for some of the bats on offer (despite us having no intention of buying). He then gave us a brief tour of the workshop where they build and repair. Very decent of him. Will be back when we are in the Market for a new piece of willow.

After paying nearly 120 to get my bat completely refurbished the bat has lasted me the better end of 3 innings of social cricket and it has already broken. THESE GUYS RUN A SCAM. The same time when I brought the bat in explaining the situation I hear another story of the same thing happening to someone else. Fantail Cricket does not do quality work. DO NOT USE FANTAIL CRICKET IF YOU WANT ANYTHING TO LAST.

Beautiful high quality products, amazing customer service and quick delivery and all at sensible prices. I was quite apprehensive of buying a bat from halfway across the world but I was given pictures of options to choose from and all my questions were patiently answered. Saw the brand through my instagram page, instantly fell in love with the level of detail that Blake and the Fantail team put into their work. Purchased a custom made bat and was guided through the whole process by Blake. End result was a beautiful bat that is the best I have owned after several Gray - Nicolls!

The bat I got from Fantail Cricket broke almost straight away (within months). I have emailed Fantail Cricket and no response. Very bad experience and and an even poorer quality product.

Only thing that I regret is that they don't have a shop in Wellington but they do deliver it. Excellent customer service and support.
