Paul was great to work with. While the initial discovery work can be time consuming Paul takes all the insights and information to put together his recommendation. I particularly liked the easy summary table when he compares your existing insurance cover to his recommendation. It helps you clearly understand what you are getting. Paul also constantly keeps you updated on progress and is an excellent communicator.
