Utterly disappointed with Pizza hut. Our delivery was more than an hour late and when we finally just went in to fetch the food ourself the staff was just not bothered at all. We tried phoning numerous times but even when we were in the shop the phone kept ringing and no one seems to care. That was a last for us.

Absolutely pathetic food. The pizza we ordered was half cooked and tasted almost raw. So bland and tasteless. No respect to the food that is served.. slices were cut so haphazardly and looked unappetizing to start with... Would not recommend going here. Service is terrible..

What a disgusting experience twice we had specifically on this Pizza hut, and on the top poor customer service from managers. Extremely disappointing and frustrating, when it is clearly their fault and they can’t seem to bothered with it.

Stuff all toppings, over cooked to the point it was dry. My partner and i couldn't even eat it and to make things worse i complained via filling out a form as i want my money back and no reply at all. Defintiely going back to dominoes your workers don't know how to cook pizza at all. My home made pizza is way better!!!

Rang store after pizza was 35 minutes late. Was told the delivery was delayed due to car problems, but why didn't they call me? Pizza arrived 5 minutes after that, so 40 minutes late. Pizza was cold and chicken was missing condiments. Was offered a bottle of Coke as compensation, but we do not drink Coke. No alternative compensation was offered. I've never had a poorer delivery experience.

Pizza was without topping and cheese. Manager said we only put that much. Really ??? Manger should have some authority to take decision. Paid money just for the pizza base and sauce.
