If I could I’ll give it no stars. How frustrating is it to try and get through to one of the customer care/advisers. I’ve called through almost 10 times and I’m always transferred to a dead line or a line to leave a voice message. Really need to work on being a customer focus network.

Terrible service. Been waiting 6 days for a package from Auckland to Tauranga. Yesterday, they promised to ship overnight. Today they tell me no ETA available as they are 'behind schedule'!

There needs to be an option for a zero rating. My experience with Fliway has been awful. Your staff are rude and when confronted, lie directly to your face. Your after hours escalate service took me through to someone called Cameron or Campbell....who, despite more than one message on friday evening, has yet to contact us. The local supervisor Dirk in the Napier office was totally useless and not once apologised for his total ineptitude and lack of ability to take control of an already escalating customer service issue. Thank you for the opportunity to leave feedback and trust me - I am leaving it everywhere I can.
This place has no customer service ethic, they don’t care if they lose your parcel and make limited effort to help. These people shouldn’t be in the transport business. No care is taken with the goods so items turn up damaged. Very poor.
Experience calling UPS Fliway: Music on hold for half an hour!! No one can help over the phone with any enquiry. When you do reach someone, they pass you on and typically hang up. UPS in NZ are Hopeless! FedEx are way more professional to deal with.
