Had the most amazing experience with Amy. Exceptional from start to finish, I was instantly relaxed after having a stressful couple of weeks. I had the foot soak, massage and facial package and it was devine. The facial was the most comprehensive facial I've ever had, loved the steamer too. All the little details from heated massage bed, post treatment advice to the antioxidant shot made it 5 stars. Highly recommend, can't wait to go back.

Happily recommend Forme Spa QT!! We (myself and 3 daughters) got our hair and make-up (myself and 1 daughter) done on the 13/08/19. So happy with all the work and how kind and patient the staff were, especially with my little 2yr old who I think ate about 4 cookies... Oh and also thanks for providing the lip colour for the day it was awesome!

Booked in a Pamper day for our nails and toes post the abel Tasman 3 day hike. I think the therapists we had were Sheetal and Siobhan - they were both professional and chatty girls and made the experience so much better because of their customer service! The treatments were also great - definitely worth booking. Thanks girls!

Supreme Tours

Whilst our husbands where at golf we decided to get a luxe pedicure. Chose Forme after we visited and were treated so well when we made reservations. Due to Covid Level 2 they kept us together and no one else was “in our bubble”. The pedicure was fabulous. Siobhan and Amy were so lovely and professional. The foot massage were stunning after our walking and the Keretin foot spa simply bliss!! The Gel polish looks great and is certainly lasting well. The background music was relaxing and they both gave us great recommendations for bars and restaurants. Will definitely be returning for a massage. Thanks Ladies!!

Amazing hands of Ms.Jenny really gave my stiff back muscles a firm rubbing Loved every single minute. Relaxing ambience, wonderful - luxurious decors, very accomodating/ friendly staff. Price friendly promotional offers. And lastly, they have this variety of organic teas to try pre & post therapy.. Just lovely

Beautiful customer service and lovely relaxed, easy atmosphere. The massage was soooo good after having completed the half-marathon. Sweet citrus smelling oils, nice warm massage bed and talented masseuse. Would highly recommend. Thank you team.
