I'm from Iceland and I needed bag for my Porta Chef grill. Fourth Element tryed as much as they could to help me but it didn't work this time. But very good service
great service as usual, even during lockdown period went above and beyond to provide me with what i needed.
These guys couldn’t have been more helpful. They called me back even after I left a grumpy message on their phone, they held the product until I could get in to see it - and then again until I could go home and check it was suitable, which it was. This is a locally owned and operated business and I’m glad to support them. They make Pyroclassic wood burner fires which are the best for the environment that you can find.
Absolute worst sales service experience I've ever received from Simon. Complete tragedy of errors from the outset, the only reason I went here was because they are the sole local supplier of the woodburner I wanted (so an easy sale!). Would absolutely never go here again, even if there was a permanent ice storm and they were the last fireplace business on Earth.
We recently purchased a spa from here and couldn't be happier the service was excellent and really can't fault them in any way.i would highly recommend this company if you are wanting to purchase a spa good price also.thanks guys
