Worth taking a trip to the beach. 10mins max from main road. Quite a large settlement. The beach goes on and on and on.

Excellent beach, very surprised, usually just drive through Foxton on our way some place else, definitely will return to foxton. Must bring good sunscreen, weather was wonderful

Great place to go bodybording, but be careful for riptides, I almost got caught in one

Love bringing the kids here. We spent an xmas at the beach, felt safe on the beach and in the water

Good place to go for a swim on a hot day. There are surf lifesavers patrolling the beach. It also has flags out to show where it is safe to swim.

A bit windy but a quiet clean beach which you can drive your car onto and watch the sunset. Very beautiful.
