Horrible customer service, service I recieved by blonde lady was one of the worst I've experienced. I wasn't sure what I was doing and she treated me like I was stupid and was just plan rude. Lacked patience and by the look of all these reviews nothing is being done about it. Will much rather use the online website next time to avoid being disrespected.

Visited here over a month ago to get my Australian license converted.. Waited in the line for 25 minutes before anyone told me I needed to sign in in the 'virtual line'.. So then I waited another 25 minutes to be seen by a ypung lady who genuinely felt so bad for me but couldn't do the conversion application because I didn't have a letter to verify I'd had my full license for more than two years. So I finally got the letter and visited here again today and I signed into the 'virtual line' straight away even though there weren't many people, then started walking around to notice the lady just served whoever was standing there and wasn't paying any attention to the virtual queue. So when I realised and went to the counter the old bag was rude before I'd even spoken. Then once I'd listened to her speel about the letter I said I have it here on my phone, in which she very abruptly responded that it needed to be printed. It would have taken her an extra minute of her quiet day to help me out seeing as I don't have any access to a printer, but she had absolutely no intention of helping me beyond doing the bare minimum. I've tried to get this license converted so many times and every single time they tell me something else I haven't done properly. Was not impressed with the lady at all. Don't work in customer service if you don't like people. Won't be speaking to that lady again, regardless of how long I have to wait to speak with someone else.

The young girl Gina was very helpful on my few visits to AA to sort my driving license, The older woman (No name badge) with short hair not so very much. She seems as if she doesn't want to help you and as if it wasn't her job to do so. Gina on the other hand was very polite and wanted to help you as much as she possibly could. Cheers Gina

What a good experience, got my drivers license done in no time with friendly people to assist me. What a great experience for me as I am use to standing in a government que to just collect my license and sometimes a whole day would not even cut it! So grateful for this country and the people. Everything just works.
