My reading glasses were coming apart and I could not fix them. Saw Specsavers so popped in and a very kind lady fixed them for free and with a big smile. That is what I call a real 5 star experience

Had an eye health test, got my glass lens prescription updated and got new glasses. I cannot recommend the whole team highly enough. They were professional and friendly right from the very start. The price was also very reasonable. I will definitely return to them.

I went into this store a week ago to try to pick out a pair of glasses. The whole time I was there 2 women stood behind the counter chatting about all sorts of non work related stuff. I looked around for about 25-40mins in the hope that I could get their attention. Gave up and left the store without hearing a hello, goodbye or can I help you.

I had an appointment on 24/9/2019 for an eye examination. From the onset all of the team were excellent in their approach and in conducting the tests I had done. My questions were answered with professionalism and care from the receptionist through to the optometrist. I had a definite answer at last after years of wanting clarification to a particular question, never fully explained to me at other facilities. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Today I had my 2 year appointment for my eye test and I must say that my experience has improved immensely from previous years. From Kelly at the front desk being super lovely and helpful on my decision for a new pair of glasses, and then the new technology for the eye exams and last but not least Aaron being extremely informative and professional on my eye exam and what to expect in years to come, etc. I came out positive and happy. And that is why I came back home and decided to write them a 5 star review. Good on you guys , see you soon for my new pair of glasses!!!
