I had my first appointment here yesterday and it was lovely. The staff really knew what they were talking about and knew how to explain what they were going to do with my hair in a way I could understand. Hair looks amazing exactly what I wanted, very happy and will be coming back :)

My daughter and I booked in on the day (Wednesday the 13th Jan 2021) and got a kerasilk treatment and balayage package, they were so accomodating and so professional. Our hairdressers were 2 ladies from London and they were so nice, just happy about what they were doing, chatty and genuinely kind and very good at what they do. I have had kerasilk treatments in the past at vivo in Rotorua and Hamilton and the hairdresser complained the whole time and once they put a junior stylist on and I came out not happy. These ladies are the benchmark of great customer service, and a genuine love for hairdressing, we walked out so happy, Vivo boss people you need to pay these ladies more, they are the best I have come across in the 4 years I have been going to vivo hairdressers.

I had the BEST experience at this salon!! I wanted it straight for Christmas and one of my friends wanted hers curled, but we didn't decide we wanted to do this until the night before Christmas Eve. We thought we weren't going to be able to get in because, it's Christmas Eve, it's gonna be busy, let's not get our hopes up. So we called, and they had availability! It wasn't at an abstract time (it was at 11:30 am which worked perfectly) and it was on Christmas Eve! We went in and the staff were so nice and polite, they washed our hair with a nice little massage and the straightened my hair and curled my friend's perfectly. It took around an hour and a half in total which was much shorter than we both expected and our hair looked amazing!! It was perfect for our Christmas lunch the next day and we were able to go for another 3-4 days without washing it! I loved this salon and it was in a great location, totally recommend!!

Good reputable salon but overall the stylists could have take more time to get to know a new client and listen to them. The colour was way off what I usually have done and the cut was ok at best.

Absolutely disgusted with this Salon. I had a consult with the colourist 2 days before my appointment. Got a txt to confirm time and date. I arrived for my 9.30am appointment to looks of confusion. My colourist wasn't rostered on to start until 11 and my appointment had been moved to the following week (i was in town on a short visit) From what i could gather someone had called the day before to change their appointment and whoever took that call changed mine instead. Extremely unprofessional and totally unacceptable. On the plus side, i had paid for a voucher for the service and was refunded immediately when calling customer service (unfortunately i dont have this particular salon chain closer than a 2 hour drive away from where i live so couldn't use the voucher at a later date)

Tanya is a really talented hairstylist Made me feel very comfortable, listened to what I wanted and I walked out feeling amazing. Really reasonable prices, clean salon, easy parking friendly staff. Would definitely return and will be recommending this salon
