Nearly a 5, because Michael was knowledgeable, friendly and informative. However he talked too fast and the second-language English speakers in our group had difficulty understanding what he was saying.

Should be zero stars. There were about 20 people all waiting for tour. No one ever showed up. We were there :15 before meeting time and waited 1/2 hour.

Michael is friendly and knowledgeable. His tour gives a little NZ history, some Christchurch history, and especially shows and tells the story of the recent earthquakes and the current re-building.
