Great service and merchandised well yup really like the store layout

Love the products but customer service could be much better.
I have been waiting almost 6 months to receive a desk I purchased earlier this year. They have never once contacted me proactively to tell me that there is a delay. I have always had to contact them for an update (which is difficult at best) At one stage they told me it was ready to collect, and wasn't there at all once we had driven to Hamilton to pick it up. This is the worst service I have ever experienced, and highly recommend against purchasing from this store.

Excellent store, plenty of stock options and variety Inc kitchen utensils & more, worth a good look around as store bigger than looks, be beneficial to have some footpath signs to guide customers, easy parking, friendly staff
