I brought Robert Timms coffee bags and found the bags to be defective. I phoned fresh food services to complain, all I got was an email saying it will be investigated. I haven't heard back in over a week, subsequent left messages over three days have not been returned. Are you trying to avoid the consumer guarantee act ?
