Tricky escape rooms! Challenging riddles and puzzles but once you get in the zone you never want to stop! Friendly and helpful staff. Recommend!

Had a great experience, staff were helpful when needed and the rooms are very well set up. Have done escape rooms all over NZ and these are right up there. Nice artwork.
I really think it was a bit poorly run/ organised. There was no ongoing story or instruction etc after the initial audio. And a bunch of the things were broken/ damaged. when we had completed a couple of the activities nothing would happen until we radio'd for assistance. Cost me a lot of money and stressed everyone out without being fun. The birthday boy regretted requesting the escape room. I did enjoy the activity of dragging the magnet through the box.
Great fun, helpful staff, would go again.
3 of the puzzles in the Steampunk were broken, staff came in 3 times and fixed it while we trying to do the puzzle. Trash customer service and not worth it at all.
Last time I took my kids there, the staff said kids must be at least, 7 years old to play, so I have to leave because I have a 5 years old kid with me. This time I took my 7 years old kid to go and play, the staff said kids must be at least, 8 years old to play. So unprofessional staffs. Why bother make excuses if you don't even care about customers. It would be the same if you just say "I don't want to serve you." I will still have to leave. You are still unprofessional.
Whilst I see many other great reviews which is great, we are only rating it at a 2!! We paid 111 for 3 of us we should of been able to complete it even if we ran out of time its a paid experience not like we are in actual real life escape room movie where you can due if you run out of time. Waste of money not being allowed to finish it!
Had a fantastic outing here with my family, the setup is very impressive. With four rooms to choose from it can cater for many differed age groups. We chose the chamber of magic and my two young boys loved it. I was most impressed by the fit out - it is exceptional, of the highest quality & the best Escape rooms I have seen in NZ and abroad. We will definitely be returning to try the other rooms!!
